Asset Report

On collection a Duty of Care Transfer Note and a Hazardous Waste Consignment Note will be issued and must be countersigned by both the eco IT representative and the customer.

A detailed asset report will be produced for each collection containing a summary of all the equipment (excluding minor peripherals e.g. keyboards and mice). All reports will be issued upon completion and forwarded to the customer.

A typical asset report contains :

• Make and model of each piece of equipment
• Detailed specification
• Unique eco IT barcode
• Customer asset reference (if applicable)
• Serial number
• Condition (Grade)
• Audit trail - reuse or recycle
• Data destruction certificate
• Completed hazardous waste documentation
